Alright, lemme introduce myself…
I’m Emma Lemon (same as the fruit, no relation to Keith). I’m a Brand Strategist + Designer based in Bedford, UK.
I have 13 years design experience and I’ve worked with brands both big and small (from the likes of VCCP to Amazon to smaller businesses like The Bedford Independent — my local newspaper). So you’ll be in good hands!
My background in marketing and typography means I’ve got a delicious set of skills that I can apply to your brand. What does that mean for you? I take all of my knowledge and experience and apply that to what you do.
Not only do you get a strategy that hits your ideal audience, a visual identity that is totally unique to you (makin’ differences not duplicates is our mantra), you also get a design partner for life (or as long as you want me knocking about 😅).
I’m the Lead Strategist and Designer on every project and I’m assisted by my Junior Brand Designer, Valentina. I also have two office assistants who tend to sleep on the job; Dexter and Bella (both incredibly adorable staffy mixes).
First you’ll book in for a vibe check and fill out a lil questionnaire. On the call, we'll discuss your current situation, needs and goals to figure out if we're a good fit to work together.
If we're a good fit, we'll put together a project proposal with a clear breakdown of work to be carried out as well as information on payment, deliverables and deadlines. Then the fun work begins!
We'll deep dive into your current brand, industry and target audience to create a solid foundation. The research we do here is essential to building a successful brand strategy.
Armed with research and a strong strategy, We’ll work our magic to bring your vision to life and craft a brand you and your audience loves. We'll work closely together ensuring you're part of the whole process.

The aim of our call is to get to know you, find out about your business and what your specific needs are.

You’ll need to book in for a no-strings vibe check. We’ll discuss where you’re at and what you need, don’t worry it’s like a nice chat with a mate at a coffee shop! From there, if we’re a good fit to work together I’ll book you in for a follow-up call to run through how we can help you/our process/investment costs.
We work with both product and service-based businesses. Our experience is largely with women who are in the beauty, retail or wellness space.
We don’t work on a package basis. Your quote will be tailored to your business and design needs.
Each project is different. A rough timeframe is 4-8 weeks. This allows us to dedicate the time and effort required for each stage of the process.
I require a 50% deposit at the beginning of all projects, with the remainder payable at the end of the project or via monthly instalments (we can discuss payment options — just ask).
No. IF you have a brand strategy already in place, we can talk about possibly working together on the brand design (which is more than the logo). If you don’t, then no, we don’t just create logos as a standalone service.
You will receive a next steps document to help guide you as you go it alone. I also offer an aftercare package that consists of 1:1 support and assistance with a variety of extra services. All my clients also have access to my Business WhatsApp for those ‘silly little questions’.
